Thanks for shopping with us! If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, it’s our mission to make it right.
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to complete a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For equipment items from Baratza, Breville, or Lelit, please email us at marketing@madiscoffee.com with your order number and reason for return before shipping your item. Please note that approved returns for these items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additionally, these equipment items are to be shipped back at your expense.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods and custom products. Please reach out if you have questions about your specific item. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after being initiated, though it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds to your account.
